3. Hosting and Website Provision by Framer
This website is operated using the website service Framer.
The provider is:
Framer B.V.

When accessing this website, technically necessary connection data is processed in order to deliver the website to your device and to ensure its stability and security. This may include, in particular, the IP address, time of access, as well as browser, device, and technical connection information.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable, and efficient operation of this website.
To the extent that Framer processes personal data on my behalf within the scope of the Framer services I use, it acts as a data processor. The basis for this is a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Further information on data processing by Framer can be found in the Framer Privacy Policy.
4. Website Statistics with Framer Analytics
For this website, I use the analytics feature provided by Framer to evaluate website usage in aggregated form.
In particular, page views, pages visited, device types, the approximate geographic origin of access, and referral sources can be evaluated. Where a visit takes place via a link with UTM parameters, these may be taken into account within the aggregated website statistics to evaluate campaigns and referral sources.
Additionally, within Framer Analytics, I record specific interactions on the website, in particular clicks on selected contact and project inquiry buttons, as well as the successful submission of the contact form.
These events are used solely for the statistical analysis of website usage. No UTM parameters or Google Ads click IDs are linked to individual form inquiries via the deactivated Framer Campaign Tracking.
According to Framer, Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and is designed to analyze website usage in anonymized form.
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or comparable external marketing tracking services are used.
5. Contact Form
A contact form is available on this website. The form is provided via Framer's native form feature.
When you use the contact form, the data you enter will be processed.
Required information:
Name
Email address
Company
Selection “How can I help?”
Content of your message
Optionally, you can provide your phone number and website.
The data is processed in order to handle your inquiry, communicate with you, evaluate potential collaboration, and, if applicable, initiate an advisory or contractual relationship.
To the extent that your inquiry is aimed at concluding or executing a contract, the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
For other business inquiries, the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in handling business inquiries and communicating with prospective clients and business partners.
Form submission is processed via Framer. Each inquiry is then forwarded by email to my business inbox.
No automatic reply email is sent to the sender.
Framer provides built-in spam protection for native forms. The “Basic” protection level is used for this form.
Framer Campaign Tracking is deactivated. Form inquiries are therefore not linked by this feature to UTM campaigns or Google Ads click IDs.

I use Google Workspace for my business email communication.
The provider for customers in the European Economic Area is generally:
Google Cloud EMEA Limited

In doing so, sender and recipient details, communication content, timestamps of communication, and, where applicable, further technical email data are processed.
The processing is carried out to handle and respond to business inquiries.
To the extent that the communication serves to initiate or execute a contract, the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
Otherwise, the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in reliable and efficient business communication.
Google processes personal data in the context of Google Workspace as a data processor. Corresponding data processing agreements apply to Google Workspace.
In the course of providing Google Workspace, data may also be processed by Google and engaged subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. According to its own statements, Google provides appropriate data protection safeguards for this purpose, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses.
