According to Art. 4 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), "processing" refers to any operation performed with or without the aid of automated procedures, or any such series of operations in connection with personal data, such as the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or other forms of provision, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.

  • to confirmation of whether their relevant data is being processed, to access the processed data, to additional information about data processing as well as to copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);

  • to correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);

  • to immediate deletion of the data concerning them (see also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, to restriction of processing, depending on whether further processing is necessary under Art. 17 paragraph 3 GDPR (see Art. 18 GDPR);

  • to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to transmit these data to other providers/responsible parties (see also Art. 20 GDPR);

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if they believe that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in violation of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR).


Furthermore, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that occurs under Articles 16, 17 paragraph 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist if this notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.


Users and affected parties also have the right to object to the future processing of their relevant data, provided that the data is processed by the provider under Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection against data processing for the purposes of direct advertising is permissible.


III. Information on data processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases, no legal retention obligations oppose deletion of the data, and no contrary information regarding individual processing procedures is provided afterwards.

If you contact us via contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your inquiry. Providing the data is necessary to process and respond to your inquiry – without providing it, we cannot respond to your inquiry or can only respond to a limited extent.


The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted as soon as your inquiry has been conclusively answered and there are no legal retention obligations opposing deletion, such as in the case of any subsequent contract processing.


Server data

For technical reasons, especially to ensure a secure and stable website, data will be transmitted to us or to our web space provider by your Internet browser. Using these server log files, data such as the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have switched to our website (referrer URL), the pages of our website you visit, the date and time of the respective access, as well as the IP address of the Internet connection from which you are using our website will be collected.


The data thus collected will be temporarily stored; however, this will not be done together with other data about you.


This storage occurs on the legal basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.


The data will be deleted at the latest after seven days, provided that further retention for evidential purposes is not required. Otherwise, the data is exempt from deletion in whole or in part until the final clarification of an incident.

We maintain an online presence on LinkedIn to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/prospects. In this regard, we would like to point out that there is the possibility that user data may be processed outside the European Union, particularly in the USA. This may pose increased risks for users, as access to user data may be more difficult later on. We also have no access to this user data. The access possibility lies solely with LinkedIn.

Providing personal data is generally necessary for booking an appointment; you can find out which data this involves from the form to be filled out.
